Could also do this with a simplistic bash shell script that runs via a cron job.

However, if I change a lower case letter to an Uppercase letter in the preceding directory's name it works as it should. I've tried everything, and I just can't seem to get it to work. Here is the code example: Redirect 301 /products/volture/peh20w/peh20w.php http://www.mide.com/products/volture/peh20w.php.
If I change the /peh20w/ to /peh20W/ (note capital W) then it works. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks.
