Query if any, is submitted to the server last.

Handling Referrals and see-also's is part of the client's duties.


Working of an RWhois Client
---------------------------

1.  Server list management.
   
	An RWhois client should be able to contact more than one server to
	process a request.  

2.  Command management. - The user could submit several directives or could
	put these commands in a resource file.  The client should be able to
	process these as well.
